Xx ONE EVENING xx

Sitting on our favourite swing
Oviously alone this time, 
Which brought all the memories of 
the moments
Which we ended up planning
How we will live together 
in the house Filled with our dreams.

I wish to get a time turner
Or get a chance to time travel
I would choose the paths 
that Only leads to us,
That binds we together
And not breaking US into me and you.

I wish to get back to the time
Where you waited for me to join 
Back our paused discussions
Because I had my Tutions
We waited till we completed our dinners
Despite of the distance we were still together. 

I still wish to answer 
All your stupid questions about 
My days at school and evening's at tution 
I still wish to text you about reaching different destinations 
How do I tell you, 
How safe I felt even when you were distant 
I don't know who took my happy day away
Leavin behind every minute's regret. 
I wish to argue about have your dinner and take your bath, 
I wish to plan our future without any scar. 

I miss how we were so concerned with each other's whereabouts, 
We understood everything, even in silence without any doubts 
I don't know who let my happy days get fade, 
It used to be  US but no more in the fate 
I miss myself on the feed of your instagram 
I still want to flaunt us without any question mark. 

I wish to swim oceans for you, 
Oh! Don't be a hydrophobic baby 
It was always US, and never me and you.

Brown color carton box kept on the floor,  in the middle of the dining hall, dad was applying tape and packing it. " Kuch aur rakhna hai?" he asked. Lost in my world, I ignored him, and he kept on packing the carton. Gamini, "Address kya hai?" he asked again, still not receiving any reply, he loudly asked, "Are Bhai! Address kya hai? What is the address gamu? Suddenly experiencing goosebumps all over my body, shocked, stammering, and in a nervous tone, I replied, "Wo! Wo! Umm aap rhny do main khud likh lungi" ( you leave it, I will write it on my own). Walking towards that box, a projector switched on in my brain of all the lies he told me, all the nights I was broke. Sitting down unpacking the tape, I keep a letter inside the box. They say He Lost one of the most amazing thing but I Feel Like I Lost my Everything.... . They tell me he lost. They whisper, “His loss.” But my nights knows a different story. I remember folding my pride into a small, manageable square and carrying it back to him. I remember dialing his number with my heart loud enough to drown out the part of me that knew better. I remember lying obviously not for cruelty, but because truth sometimes sounded too fragile, too sharp, and I wanted to stitch us together even if the stitches were crooked. I remember emptying pockets of myself as in my friends left on the pavement of our arguments because I chose to chase a version of us.
